How it works

• USA based project manager and software architects and designers do considerable work at client site.
• Development and QA teams are situated in our California development center.
• Requirements, architecture, prototyping, and design done mostly at client site.
• Detailed design and development done at California development center.
• Some testing done offsite in California and some done at client site (through VPN or onsite visits).
• Intermediate milestones demonstrated to the client at their location.
• Final acceptance testing and project delivery done at client site.
