Entropia – Highly Distributed Computing Platform
Entropia has built a large network of computers over Internet that can be used for handling highly distributed computing projects. Entropia software uses the spare processing time of people's PCs to quietly work on important computing problems! Breaking down a large computation into hundreds of thousands of smaller computations and then distributing them over hundreds of thousands of computers over Internet is what Entropia specializes in.

Diyatech single-handedly helped Entropia quickly design, develop and deploy this massively distributed computing software and framework to their large network of computers over the Internet. Diyatech owned the entire product development effort from requirements capture to final delivery. Diyatech used the following technologies in this project:

Client application: C++, MFC, ATL, COM, multi-threading, Win32 API, IE 5.0 control, DHTML, XML, Installshield
Network programming: HTTP and HTTPS
Server side: ASP, C++, ATL, COM, MTS components, XML, ADO
Database: SQL Server 7.0, stored procedures, triggers.
